Wait Just a Nanosecond: Chemistry Made Cool? W.M. Keck Science Department students shared their enthusiasm for chemistry with the general public at the Oct. 27 ChemExpo in San Diego. This year's theme, Nanotechnology: The Smallest Big Idea in Science, engaged nearly 1,000 high school students with some pretty creative applications of nanotechnology in everyday life, including clothing and electronic devices. Not only will they participate in the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championships for the third straight season after winning their fourth straight SCIAC Tournament title, but also four Stags were named to 2012 All-SCIAC soccer teams. Portions of Espinosa's Latino Religions and Politics Survey, completed Oct. 10, were reported in Bloomberg Businessweek on Oct. 31, just a week before Election Day.
